Everyone wants something brand new and cutting edge—as long as it is tried and tested and guaranteed to work.
This is where the fun of designing begins.
The design process is iterative. We design, deliver, and re-design. The influencing course I created in 1990 is now in its eleventh edition—and getting better all the time.
So we begin. I listen to you, to your potential participants, and to those who want your participants to change. Then I draft a design and we work on the draft until we are ready to pilot it. And then we keep improving it.
