Coaching Top Teams
You are the experts on WHAT you are doing as a Board or as a Management Team. What I provide is a perspective on HOW you are doing it.
As an outsider, I see and hear things that you have not had time to notice. As I said to one board of directors, "You have the facts on the table in front of you, but what is going on under the table is preventing you from dealing with those facts."
This kind of coaching could be a two-day meeting with your team or could be an ongoing role as the "process person" as your team continues to focus on the content issues.
My experience with Top Teams is that each one is different. So my first step is to spend time with people individually and then to meet with the team to see what is needed to help the team become more effective.
